Here’s the route for Sunday. I started from home, instead of the Running Room downtown. I worked in a downhill similar to the one that you get at BMO, then a decent uphill climb that is similar to the dreaded Camosun. From there it’s flat and then down into the Don Valley for a slow downhill run to the lake.

The end features a nice climb up Kingston Road on tired legs just like the climb up and over the Burrard Bridge. The good news? On this run I get to quit after that climb. In Vancouver, the Burrard Climb comes sooner in the race, but I’ll still have 12km to go from the top.
